EXERCISE MAKE YOUR MOOD BETTER

Sport more than 20 minutes can make the mind will be calm and feeling better.when the body feel tired,the mind also will feel same thing.this will make the body weakness and dis spirited.it is actually the signal that you move your body and physical activity.the signal is not only based on physical activity needs to be more fresh and vibrant.

your mood also need the same thing,like as physical activity and sport.the conclusion was that exercise can reduce the effects of happiness and pain.
