Women who are pregnant should be keep condition of her body to avoid anything that could interfere wiyh pregnancy.if the content is still under the age of three month,excessive activities that should be avoided pregnant women are:
1.moving heavy furniture.
  a pregnant women can still move the furniture that is light on the first three months.but after it,it's very dangerous when moving heavy objects.if you lift something heavy then it will increase pressure on the back that can cause the risk of back injury.there is no safe limit to move during pregnancy.
2.Avoiding insecticides.research shows that subtances contained in pesticides are very harmful to the health of the fetus.

3.painting.paint job or avoid using products that do not contain hazardous materials.avoid eating or drinking near the paint.use a mask and gloves when forced to do the paint job.give good air ventilation.

4.clean up animal waste.
.it is better to avoid cleaning the cage pets during pregnancy.because it can be exposed to toxoplasmosis that can cause flu like symptoms in adults,but some times do not cause any symptoms.these infection are very dangerous especially for pregnant women early in pregnancy because it can cause brain and nerve damage in the fetus.

Olive oil contains a single chain unsaturated fats,vitamin E, and pholipenols.This compound is believe to reduce cancer risk.The experts suggested that one's diet is closely linked to the occurence of breast cancer.Advised to avoid high fat foods.A women was advised to go on a diet based on fruits, vegetables,cereals, and olive oil to avoid breast cancer.A study showed that compounds in olive oil will prevent the genes that can trigger the growth of tumor cells.

One researcher suggested to consume 50 ml of olive oil everyday.Diet as I mentioned above can protect a variety of disease such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimer's, parkinson's, as well as for slimming.
